Micro Wedding In Denmark: Eva and Jim
It was an absolute pleasure to help plan Eva and Jim’s wedding day here in Denmark. Such a relaxed and lovely couple, so we are super pleased that the feeling was mutual :-)
From Eva and Jim: “Our experience with Danish Island Weddings was wonderful. Firstly, the assistance provided by Yuki and Louise with the wedding registration process with the Danish authorties was very straightforward, clear, and helpful, leaving us with no worries as to the official marriage business. Additionally, the two sisters really enquired into our individual preferences and wishes for the ceremony thus assissting us to make it very much our own special experience. This was all done in such a helpful and relaxed atmosphere that put our guests and us completely at ease, making the day even more special for everyone involved. Second, the venue they offer was ideal for us. The beautifully restored Old Merchant's House has a lovely atmosphere overlooking Ærøskbing's picturesque town square. It offered a room for us to get ready before the ceremony while our guests could explore the charming city and relax in one of the comfortable restaurants/cafes nearby. Moreover, the venue itself as well as the surrounding historic streets of Ærøskobing and the nearby beach provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding pictures. These were taken by Neli Garnet, a local photographer with close familiarity with Danish Island Weddings, ensuring a seamless integration of ceremony, celebration, and picture taking. Everyone we met around and during our special day associated with Danish Island Weddings was considerate, personable, and a breeze to work with. Thank you very much again and most sincere and heartfelt recommendations from Jim & Eva”
